About The Position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with leading D2C brands, developing and implementing innovative growth strategies utilizing Google Ads. The position requires an analytical mindset and a passion for performance marketing, as you will be responsible for managing multiple e-commerce accounts and ensuring their success in achieving business goals. Collaborating with a talented team, you will drive impactful marketing initiatives while working in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads.
  • Experience managing an e-commerce account independently for at least 1 year, with a proven track record of generating and scaling growth.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently conduct client calls and present reporting with clear analysis.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects.
  • Fluency in German at C1 level for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Merchant Center and other common multichannel e-commerce tools for optimizing shopping feeds.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple e-commerce accounts independently from start to finish, including performance analysis and growth strategy development.
  • Deliver data-driven ideas for efficient budget allocation and sustain campaign scalability.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Creative, Tracking, and Media Buying, to ensure project success.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, leading strategic discussions, preparing analytical reports, and onboarding new clients with growth roadmaps.
