We're looking for a skilled Senior Performance Marketing Manager to support our Director, Paid Media in leading the next evolution of performance marketing at IDX. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, client-focused marketer to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while making a real impact. In this role, you will maintain deep, hands on experience in at least one platform and strong working proficiency in a second (e.g., Google and Meta) while possessing a broad ability to apply data-driven logic across the entire marketing ecosystem. You’ll apply data driven logic across the broader marketing ecosystem, own a defined set of B2B and B2C accounts, and collaborate across accounts when your expertise is needed. You’ll lead platform level strategy and execution while partnering with the Director and team members on cross channel direction and client level narratives.
