About The Position
OpenAI is on a mission to ensure that artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. We're seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing leader to spearhead our growth efforts and chart the course for how we acquire, engage, and delight users globally. As a foundational member of the team, you'll establish our digital marketing strategy and drive measurable growth across existing channels while validating and scaling new channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution skills, bringing deep B2C and B2B expertise to help us drive rapid growth in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
