About The Position
The Senior Performance Excellence Consultant at Trinity Health is responsible for integrating Performance Excellence principles into the organization's culture. This role involves coaching and training individuals and teams across various levels, from front-line staff to middle management, in problem identification and resolution using Performance Excellence tools. The consultant will also participate in developing departmental strategies and training programs to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
