About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team and provide valuable insights, analysis, and support for the incentive and bonus programs of our rental car business. This role involves managing and analyzing incentive structures, bonus calculations, and performance-driven reward systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Google Looker, SQL, and AWS to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency while working closely with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills are crucial to effectively interact with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Tableau & Google Looker creating dynamic, interactive dashboards and visualizations.
  • Advanced certifications or relevant experience in compensation analysis or data analytics.
  • Expert in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.) for data analysis, reporting, and program management.
  • Strong experience with SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with AWS for data management and processing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for building relationships across departments and reporting to leadership.
  • High level of precision in calculations and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of incentive and bonus structures based on business performance metrics.
  • Ensure accurate calculations, timeliness, and consistency in bonus payouts across different employee groups.
  • Oversee the execution of incentive programs, from design to implementation and review.
  • Use advanced analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Google Looker, AWS, SQL) to monitor program performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Utilize Excel, SQL, and AWS to extract, analyze, and validate data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics, financial outcomes, and operational results related to bonus programs.
  • Act as a liaison between business units: HR, finance, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of incentive programs with business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior management, helping them make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency in bonus program management.
  • Ensure all incentive and bonus programs comply with applicable laws and regulations and maintain an accurate record of payments, adjustments, and corrections.
