We are looking for a skilled and innovative professional to support our existing PeopleSoft ERP applications and lead the transition to a new ERP platform within 1-3 years. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining current applications in the PeopleSoft suite, as well as overseeing the migration to a future ERP SaaS application. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our ERP systems are effectively integrated with various business systems, enhancing overall operational efficiency and effectiveness. In this position, you will be responsible for integrating PeopleSoft applications with business systems such as EDI, Demand Planning, and eCommerce platforms. You will work independently while contributing to discussions on business logic, processes, configurations, data management, and integration. The environment you will be working in includes PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, which encompasses various modules such as Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. Additionally, you will be involved with external integrations with BI tools like Logi Analytics and MS Power BI, eCommerce platforms, Product Management Tools, and various financial planning and analysis tools. Your role will also require you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. You will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills to solve complex business problems and possess excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership abilities are essential, as you will be expected to lead initiatives and projects independently. Adaptability to new technologies and changing business needs will be crucial for success in this role, as will your ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
