As our Senior People Program Manager, you will partner with leadership and teams from across the business to unpack ambiguous problems and build lasting, scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, internal operations, or program management.
  • Motivated by the mission to solve the biggest problems in defense.
  • Thrive in cross-functional projects with a combination of technical requirements and user-focused workflows.
  • Eager to see the world from users' perspectives and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • High ownership and low ego, with strong outcome orientation and humility.
  • Proactive in offering solutions and comfortable communicating broadly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and help on critical projects for leaders in the People organization.
  • Drive program initiatives, oversee project execution, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative skills to design key analysis to influence operational decisions.
  • Develop structured and meticulous processes using project briefs, trackers, and data mapping.
  • Craft compelling narratives that convey a clear vision, story, or request.
  • Communicate across teams to achieve cross-functional outcomes.
  • Own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation.
