As a Senior People Partner, Operations at Covered Insurance Solutions, you will play a key role in transforming HR operations, enhancing the employee experience, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role requires a strategic and hands-on HR professional who can build strong client relationships, provide white-glove service to employees, and ensure compliance across all states of operation. You will manage leave of absence (LOA) communication and tracking, compliance, performance management, employee relations (ER) cases, tracking key HR metrics, time card and payroll processing, assisting in HR system and tool implementation, and overseeing benefits, vendor engagement, and administration.
