We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Partner who brings a strong systems-thinking mindset to People Operations. This role goes beyond executing processes—you will analyze, optimize, and evolve how our People operations work end-to-end. You’ll connect workflows, systems, and employee experience, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and leverage automation to scale effectively. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our People infrastructure is not only reliable, but continuously improving as we grow. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, where you’ll contribute to both operational excellence and process design across the employee lifecycle.
