About The Position
LucidLink is growing rapidly — it’d be fair to say that we are no longer a “startup” but a “scaleup”. Our team now numbers 225 FTE across (primarily) 4 countries, and we are seeking a Senior People Operations Manager, reporting to our VP of People & Culture. This critical role will be the architect and operator of our People infrastructure, building and tending it so that our employees can thrive. While we are a remote-first organization due to time zone differences and our global, distributed team, we’re looking for someone located in the US Eastern Time Zone. The Senior People Operations Manager will strategically design, implement, and optimize scalable systems and processes that support our global workforce, enhance the employee experience, and ensure compliance across all operating regions. We're looking for someone who is excited by a challenge and patient with change. You will be instrumental in transforming our current foundational approach into a robust and efficient operational backbone for our People & Culture team.
