About The Position

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. Anthropic is looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our People Services team. In this role, you'll support a wide variety of projects focused on our people systems and processes, employee lifecycle operations, and compliance initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners including People Partners (HRBPs), Legal, IT, and Internal Tools to build seamless experiences that enable Ants (what we call our employees internally) to fit, function, and flourish in their roles.
