Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
  • 10 years of extensive experience in HR leadership, preferably in a global, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to lead independently and develop high-performing HR teams across different regions
  • Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics for insights and decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management and employee relations
  • Proficient in HR systems (preferably ADP) and tools for data management and reporting
  • Strong project management and Excel skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full spectrum of People support, both strategic and tactical, including policy implementation, data analysis, compensation practices, labor and employee relations, performance management, and career development
  • Provide layered leadership, guidance, and support to our People functions, ensuring consistency and compliance with People policies and practices
  • Help develop and enhance People processes, procedures, and systems ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
  • Execute initiatives and programs to attract, retain and motivate a high-performing workforce
  • Implement effective People metrics and analytics to measure the impact and success of People initiatives and inform decision-making
  • Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of People policies adhering to HR laws, regulations and best practices to mitigate related risk
  • Foster employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation and retention
  • Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance
