About The Position

We are seeking a Senior People Experience Partner to serve as a strategic and operational HR leader supporting senior business leaders and employees across the United States. This role is based at our Midvale, UT headquarters and supports all US locations. This position requires a broad, hands-on understanding of Employee Relations, HR Operations, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, HR Systems, and Leadership Development. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager/Director, or HR Business Partner.
  • Experience supporting organizations with a global presence in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven responsibility across People Experience, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and HR Operations.
  • Strong understanding of US employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Partner with business line and functional leaders to execute people and business initiatives.
  • Provide proactive, data-driven guidance to senior leaders on workforce planning, performance, engagement, and organizational design.
  • Influence decision-making with balanced business and people insights.
  • Drive HR operational excellence by establishing and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and goal execution.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate HR processes.
  • Lead productivity and efficiency initiatives through process reviews, innovation, and technology adoption (including AI and automation tools).
  • Ensure employee relations practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Support investigations, performance management processes, disciplinary actions, terminations, reductions in force, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide thoughtful, compliant, and fair employee relations guidance to leaders.
  • Support US benefits administration and payroll coordination.
  • Partner on compensation planning and execution.
  • Leverage HRIS systems to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
  • Improve HR system utilization and drive adoption of best practices.
