About The Position

The Senior People Partner will partner with mid-to-senior level business leaders to influence the design and execution of people strategies that drive organizational performance and engagement. This role translates business priorities into talent and organizational plans, provides consultative support, and builds organizational capability. The Senior People Partner will liaise with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure optimal collaboration and service delivery. This position reports to the Senior Manager, People Partner, and operates in a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office at Pampered Chef’s Addison, IL headquarters).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certifications a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience with 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering.
  • Proven ability to execute talent processes and partner effectively with leaders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., Culture Amp, Greenhouse, Paylocity).
  • Influential communicator who builds trust and drives alignment at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with mid-to-senior level leaders and serve as a credible advisor.
  • Actively participate in leadership team discussions to influence decisions through a people-first lens.
  • Serve as a coach providing guidance and consultation to leadership on talent and organizational effectiveness.
  • Consult with leaders to develop and execute business strategies that build organizational capabilities and culture.
  • Translate business plans into talent and organizational strategies, including workforce planning, succession, and engagement.
  • Optimize change efforts by providing frameworks and guidance for leading and managing transformation.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver aligned programs and solutions.
  • Ensure strong leadership teams and play a key role in senior-level talent acquisition.
  • Drive organizational performance through productivity, quality, and engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and high performance aligned with Pampered Chef values.
  • Builds strong, trusted relationships with leaders and teams to provide effective HR guidance.
  • Executes core talent processes (performance reviews, engagement initiatives, succession planning) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partners with leaders to implement organizational changes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Delivers impactful training sessions and supports leadership development programs.
  • Uses data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend practical solutions.
  • Demonstrates agility and responsiveness to business needs while maintaining compliance and consistency.
