We are a team of hands-on builders, engineers, and innovators focused on reinventing how physical things are made. Formlabs is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join the team. This role involves working closely with executive-level leadership as a thought partner to align all aspects of the employee lifecycle with business priorities. The Senior People Business Partner will be embedded within a specific function, region, or business unit, holding a broad scope and significant influence across the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their business, analytical, and people skills to drive impact.

Requirements

Are a trusted coach and advisor, helping leaders make better decisions and build high-performing teams, leveraging EQ to build rapport and trust with a wide range of people, levels, and departments.
Think logically and analytically, applying structured problem-solving techniques and qualitative/quantitative data to inform people programs and decisions.
Have a bias for action and keep details top of mind, leveraging experience managing complex programs and projects to drive real change.
Are a polished communicator who excels at keeping a wide range of stakeholders involved and informed, through project management and consistent delivery.
Serve as a sound mixer between the business and the voice of the employee – balancing and translating one to the other and excelling at creating alignment.
Thrive with resilience in a dynamic tech environment that’s always evolving.
Own your expertise and know what you don’t know, bringing both confidence and curiosity to discussions and decision-making.
Bring 5+ years of relevant experience in the People space, consulting, and/or business operations.

Nice To Haves

MBA and/or quantitative business experience
Global business knowledge and exposure in the tech space
Experience implementing talent programs at medium-sized companies (500+) who are growing, scaling, and driving efficiency

Responsibilities

Be the go-to talent advisor for your group and leadership team, connecting business goals and people strategies, and helping leaders make decisions that drive the business forward regarding talent, performance, or organizational growth.
Help leaders set clear goals, coach their teams, and create opportunities for growth for talented people, ensuring impactful Formlings receive recognition.
Build, adapt, and deliver People processes and initiatives to enhance groups and drive efficiency, owning the execution of existing processes (performance reviews, surveys, trainings, etc.) for your group.
Bring People data to the table, translating metrics and qualitative data into insights and actions.
Partner with leaders to help their teams navigate change and stay aligned as Formlabs continues to evolve.
