About The Position

At Qualio, we're revolutionizing how life science teams bring life-saving products to market through our innovative quality management platform. Our platform is trusted by hundreds of cutting-edge companies, from computational biology pioneers to leaders in mRNA vaccine development. The Qualio team is all-remote, and currently distributed across North America, Europe and Australia. We're seeking a forward-thinking Senior People Business Partner to drive organizational excellence through data-informed people strategies. In this role, you'll be a strategic advisor who combines analytical rigor with human-centered approaches to create meaningful impact across our Engineering, Product Management, Design (EPD) teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments
  • 3+ years as an HRBP, supporting global EPD teams
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and platforms to enhance HR processes
  • Deep expertise in core HR functions, elevated through strategic use of AI
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Experience hiring leadership roles such as Director and above levels
  • Experience building and implementing DEI strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Knowledge of HR analytics tools and ability to create compelling data visualizations
  • Understanding of US and Irish labor laws
  • Outstanding relationship-building abilities with a consultative approach

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or GPHR Certification
  • Experience in life sciences or regulated industries

Responsibilities

  • Design, lead and execute people programs
  • Manage employee relations cases
  • Support recruiting activity for leadership roles
  • Lead with data to shape and execute people strategies that directly impact business outcomes
  • Oversee cross-functional projects using structured project management methodologies
  • Partner with leadership to optimize organizational design, talent development, and succession planning
  • Create and maintain people analytics dashboards to monitor key metrics
  • Implement solutions to address or improve situations that conflict with core values
  • Design and implement innovative DEI initiatives
  • Support hiring process for leadership roles such as Director level and above
