About The Position

As we evolve into a nationally recognized technology-driven care delivery model, we are looking for a diverse team of problem solvers to help us reshape cancer care access and delivery. In this role, you will support our clinical employees by providing performance management and employee relations support, acting as a partner and coach to the Clinical Care Team, and using people metrics to drive insights around performance management and retention.
