As Senior People Analytics Partner, you'll be a driving force behind that mission. In this highly visible individual contributor role, you'll be instrumental in evolving the people analytics function at Peloton, leading implementation and scaling of our new people analytics platform while collaborating with leaders across the business to deliver insights that inform critical talent decisions.   • Serve as platform leader for our people analytics platform (Visier), driving implementation, adoption, and ongoing evolution to meet business needs.
  • Act as trusted advisor to HRBPs, senior business leaders, and executives. Proactively identify opportunities where people data can inform critical decisions on talent acquisition, development, retention, organizational design, and DEI.
  • Design and execute deep-dive analyses using advanced analytical techniques (statistical analysis, predictive modeling) to uncover insights, correlations, and forecast talent trends.
  • Build high-quality reports and dashboards using advanced analytical techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, predictive modeling) to uncover hidden insights and develop compelling, executive-level presentations that communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with engineering and systems teams to ensure data accuracy and establish a single source of truth. Support HR data source integration, maintain data governance standards, and define key business metrics for consistency across reporting.
  • Champion platform adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support. Foster self-service analytics culture and develop people analytics literacy across the organization.
  • 7+ years progressive experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, or related analytical role
  • Demonstrated expertise implementing/scaling enterprise People Analytics platforms
  • Direct experience with Visier platform implementation and administration
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
  • Extensive experience advising business leaders on leveraging people data for strategic decisions
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel.
  • Strong proficiency in HR data, metrics, and processes
  • Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • Experience with statistical software (R, Python) for advanced analytics
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or global environments
