About The Position
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our recently formed People Analytics team and guide our implementation of data infrastructure and tooling, as well as drive strategy and roadmap prioritization. This role will partner closely with our various People Team functions (e.g., Business Partners, L&D, Workday/Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, etc.), as well as our Data & Analytics department, and report to our Senior Manager of People Analytics. The People Analytics function was launched last year and the team is looking to really ramp up the analytics capabilities of the team, everything from data cleansing/transformation and modeling to data visualization and self-service dashboarding.
