About The Position
Zscaler is looking for an experienced Senior People Analyst to join our People & Culture Analytics and Insights team. This position is based in San Jose, CA, requiring in-office attendance three days a week. The Senior People Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager of People Analytics and will be responsible for supporting a global strategy team to deliver business intelligence across People & Culture (Human Resources) functions, partners, and business customers. The role involves transforming the P&C organization into a data-driven and insight-led culture, assisting stakeholders in making high-quality decisions about workforce planning, growth, and retention analysis.
