We are seeking a Senior Global Payroll Specialist to manage and audit payroll operations across multiple regions, including India, Mexico, Canada, UK, EU, Australia and the U.S. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll processing while supporting system enhancements and resolving complex issues. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll operations, or compensation processing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Global and U.S. payroll preferred
  • Experience with payroll systems (ADP Streamline / Celergo / Payforce / iHCMII, Workday, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, tax codes, and statutory requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • FPC , CPP or other Global certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and reconcile payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer base and non-base pay components (overtime, bonuses, commissions).
  • Calculate gross-to-net pay and manage statutory deductions.
  • Resolve complex payroll and compensation inquiries.
  • Test and implement payroll system enhancements (ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle).
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure timely delivery of payments.
  • Collaborate on special projects and process improvements.
