5+ years of payroll project management experience, with at least 3 years working directly with Dayforce/Lawson. Payroll Operations Experience. Demonstrated success in managing payroll system implementations or large-scale process improvements. Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to present complex payroll and system concepts to senior leadership.
