Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum of 7+ years Payroll experience, preferred.
• Proficiency in ADP, UKG Kronos, MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and executing bi-weekly payroll operations for multiple FEIN’s.
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in payroll processes.
• Supporting the Payroll Manager and collaborating with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for the payroll team.
• Improving payroll procedures and processes.
