About The Position
The Senior Pastor serves as the spiritual leader of the church, responsible for shepherding the congregation, providing vision and leadership, and ensuring the church operates in alignment with its statement of faith. This individual will preach, teach, guide spiritual growth of the congregation, and provide pastoral care while overseeing the administrative, pastoral, and outreach functions of the church.
