The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing complex initiatives aimed at driving growth in key metrics such as Total Value Locked (TVL) and transaction volume. Additionally, the role requires providing a strategic perspective to product and engineering teams, delivering critical business insights that contribute to building a better product. Effective communication of partner needs and insights to the executive team and cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, product, and governance, is essential. The candidate must maintain knowledge of the OP Stack and the roadmap to ensure partners have access to the latest OP Stack features.
