About The Position

As the Senior Partnership Success Manager at Aristocrat, you will thrive in an ambitious environment where you will foster long-lasting relationships with key partners. You will be entrusted with several high-profile accounts, ensuring that our iGaming product offerings consistently translate into increased revenues. Your role will encompass market analysis, game performance reporting, and providing critical updates to our leadership team. You will also be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing plans, delivering new product concepts, and managing technical projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar commercial supplier role within the iGaming industry, particularly in online casinos or similar high-growth technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts with outstanding results.
  • A deep understanding of technology and delivery principles.
  • A data-driven approach, with a strong interest in analytics and performance metrics.
  • A tenacious personality with a relentless drive to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong account and project management skills with a strategic business approach.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for both online and land-based gaming.
  • Knowledge of legal agreements related to iGaming.
  • Expertise in conducting complex negotiations.
  • Confident presentation skills to deliver impactful and engaging presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market analysis and effectively communicate findings to key partners.
  • Report on game performance and share competitive insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Convey technical and game roadmaps to partners, prioritizing seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with operators/partners to develop marketing plans and provide performance feedback.
  • Continuously optimize Aristocrat’s commercial, promotional, and on-site content propositions against relevant benchmarks.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Provide ongoing account management to assigned customers, ensuring their continuous engagement and happiness.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets and accurately forecast future performance.
  • Lead in-depth monthly and quarterly performance reporting, delivering insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure the accurate delivery of both marketing and technical documentation.
  • Handle and prioritize day-to-day issues of operators in conjunction with internal support functions.
  • Identify and coordinate training requirements for partners.
  • Support product pipeline prioritization from a commercial value perspective and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent Aristocrat to assigned partners, taking full ownership of the relationship.
  • Regular travel to meet with customers and partners will be encouraged to foster positive relationships and ensure alignment.
