Requirements

  • 5+ years experience building partnerships with channel partners, including resellers, strategic alliances, and cloud service providers in North America in the technology industry.
  • Domain expertise with one of the following: open source software, cloud security, visibility, and monitoring software, Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Experience working with multiple industry teams (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Government) and solutioning teams of most prominent resellers and strategic alliances.
  • Track record of overachieving sales goals in a startup environment.

  • Expertise in managing channel partners and meeting sales goals.
  • Experience leading growth and a creative vision.
  • Experience with national and regional VARs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive partner management strategy in North America.
  • Nurture relationships with resellers and drive co-sell activities with cloud service providers and strategic alliances.
  • Manage a regional quota and lead the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of partners.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and Sysdig teams to design go-to-market strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and sales empowerment projects.
