About The Position

We’re looking for a North America Soccer Specialty Sr. Partner Representative to join our team! We will work together to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with the (Kick) Authentic Sports Specialty (Soccer Post ) Partner who authenticates our brand in the marketplace! We will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies; stay current on product and product changes; and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business. This is an in‑person role. Remote work is not available. Candidates must reside in New Jersey or within a commutable distance of the region (including Philadelphia, New York City, or Delaware). WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON As a Sr. Partner Representative, you will optimize Nike product sales by developing accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. This opportunity includes soliciting and submitting orders; and ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries and delivery of information. The role will increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive merchandising and product presentations. This role will include Retail responsibilities. You will create, lead, and coordinate seasonal business plans to maximize NIKE’s business. We also empower you to be a thought partner to the Director, NA Partners Soccer Specialty and lead cross functional projects that drive the business forward on behalf of the team and channel. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH In this role, you will be part of the larger North America Partners Performance team and reporting into the Director of NA Partners Soccer Specialty.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the soccer industry in retail or sales; or Nike field support experience
  • Strong understanding of Team Sales across Club/Grassroots and Institutional channels
  • Knowledge of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends
  • Passion for soccer, ideally an enthusiast and participant
  • Ability to communicate moderately complex information, to varied audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. Acts as a resource to teammates. Completes work independently with review at critical points; requires guidance only on complex issues
  • Independently utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems & navigate solutions.
  • Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations
  • Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability
  • Experience developing seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift and carry samples up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Must be located in or around the New Jersey area
