About The Position

The Stream US team is growing! To support this expansion, the marketing team is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Partner Marketing US to serve as the primary point of contact for our indirect business. You will be working with our partners such as ADP, Paylocity, iSolved, OSV, ADP, Harri, Legion, Frontline and many more. The role will oversee the creation and execution of all co-marketing programs. You’ll lead the development and execution of partner marketing activities that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline growth. This includes managing cobranded campaigns, including content creation, digital promotion, webinars, events, and partner enablement tools. You’ll work closely with both partner teams and Stream’s sales organization to maximize the impact of co-marketing efforts and ensure alignment with shared business goals. This position is a crucial member of the US marketing team as it expands alongside other mission-critical organizations relying on marketing to scale the business.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in marketing, with a strong track record specifically in partner or channel marketing
  • Proven success in managing joint marketing programs with partners at a B2B technology or SaaS company
  • Strong track record in planning and executing multichannel campaigns (digital, content, webinars, events)
  • Experience collaborating with external partners and internal sales teams to align go-to-market efforts
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot CRM, HubSpot CMS and Figma

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for Stream’s key in-direct business including key integration partners
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans with partners that align on shared business goals and generate pipeline
  • Collaborate with partners to create case studies, success stories, and thought leadership content
  • Own execution of co-branded campaigns, including webinars, digital campaigns, in-person/virtual events, and content creation
  • Manage the partner marketing calendar and ensure programs are delivered on time and on brand
  • Build and deliver enablement materials to support both Stream and partner sales teams
  • Serve as a feedback loop between partners, sales, and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights that improve ROI and inform future activities
  • Build scalable processes and frameworks for repeatable joint campaign execution
  • Balance creativity and data-driven decision-making to deliver high-impact partner campaigns
