Job Overview: The Senior Manager, Media Sales drives advertising revenue growth across a broad portfolio of clients spanning multiple categories. This role serves as a trusted partner to brands, agencies, and internal Macy's stakeholders by developing impactful media strategies that support both client goals and revenue growth for Macy's and Bloomingdale's. Acting as a consultative sales leader, the Senior Manager collaborates closely with merchandising and marketing partners to deliver customized solutions that maximize client performance. This individual leads all sales-related activities, including presenting capabilities, analyzing client needs, creating tailored proposals, and leveraging campaign insights to inform future strategy. In close partnership with cross-functional teams—including Media Planning, Analytics, Product, and Finance—the Senior Manager ensures seamless planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns. In addition to managing key accounts directly, the Senior Manager oversees and develops a high-performing team of Media Sales Specialists who manage small to mid-size accounts. The Senior Manager provides strategic guidance, coaching, and support to help the team grow existing business and acquire new clients.
