As a Senior Partner Manager at Walmart Connect, you will manage key businesses within one of our largest suppliers. Your consultative and strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers through bespoke retail media solutions. This role involves building and managing relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of the clients' business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. You will shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success, and plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions. Additionally, you will conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers. Collaboration with account management partners is essential to ensure smooth operations, and travel may be required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams, and agencies.
