Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Senior Partner, Agency Partnerships to lead and grow our strategic partnership with Publicis Groupe. You will work closely and collaboratively in a small pod of individuals aligned to a Holding Company—specifically Publicis Groupe—and be directly responsible for developing strategic relationships with all Media Agencies across the Holding Company’s network. Your focus will be to increase the visibility and adoption of Walmart’s valuable audiences and solutions.This role requires a strong executive presence to form the needed stakeholder relationships—from Account to Agency leadership teams, including Publicis Connected Media. Core responsibilities include supporting Agencies with best practices, education, research opportunities, tech solution innovation and integration support. You will also serve as Walmart Connect’s liaison between existing and new account teams, helping our sales team prospect new relationships and revenue opportunities. You will partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Ops) to execute partnership elements, deliver timelines, and optimize integrations to drive measurable business impact. What you'll do... Develop strategic relationships with agency and holding company stakeholders across the Publicis Groupe network to increase adoption of Walmart Connect solutions. Support agencies with best practices, education, research opportunities, and tech solution innovation and integration support. Serve as Walmart Connect’s liaison between existing and new account teams, helping our sales team prospect new relationships and revenue opportunities.Manage execution, adoption, and optimization of Publicis Groupe integrations and partnership elements. Disseminate best practices and POVs across Publicis Groupe to drive consistent activation and performance. Deepen relationships with Publicis Connected Media and other key Groupe stakeholders to expand collaboration and unlock growth. Partner with Sales Team Leads to identify trends across client/agency asks and translate them into scalable partnership initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Ops) to successfully deliver partnership elements and timelines. Cascade partnership elements and enablement to agency leads, driving adoption across the Groupe. Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure partnership delivery—monitoring outcomes and optimizing based on performance and feedback.
