  • Lead the implementation and optimization of legal systems, tools, and workflows, including own and report on legal department metrics and KPIs.
  • Serve as the legal team's representative on cross-OpCo legal operations projects, including drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and collaboration across the department.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, board materials, and entity management.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs and policies, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel on governance and compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts, maintain and improve contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Strong understanding of legal operations, corporate governance, and contract law.
  • Experience with legal technology platforms (e.g., CLM, LegalTracker, entity management tools).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the life sciences or biotech industry.
  • Familiarity with cross-border corporate governance and compliance.
  • Project management experience or certification (e.g., DBS, Lean Six Sigma).
