About The Position
The Senior Paralegal position will provide enterprise-wide legal assistance and will report to the Deputy General Counsel. This role will be responsible for supporting all Law Department functions, including the registration and maintenance of Doosan Bobcat North America's intellectual property (including patents, trademarks, copyrights and domains), litigation, corporate governance, and certain transactional activities. In addition, this role will provide general administrative support to the entire North America legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be knowledgeable about legal procedures and documentation, and have a deep understanding of various areas of legal issues.
