The Senior Paralegal serves as a trusted advisor to NELSON’s senior leadership team, providing strategic legal and operational guidance in all areas of corporate governance, compliance, licensing, and contractual risk management . This role drives organizational excellence through proactive oversight of corporate entities, complex contract negotiations, and operational legal strategy that supports the firm’s growth and innovation objectives. In addition, this role is active in preparing bids and negotiating service contracts, overseeing contractual obligations, and responsible for the preparation, review, and administration of contracts. The Senior Paralegal partners closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, HR, and Practice Leaders—to ensure legal alignment with business goals, reduce risk exposure, and enable confident, compliant decision-making across the firm.
