About The Position

The Senior Paralegal, Product & Technology Legal Integration will serve as the architect and curator of the team's knowledge ecosystem, ensuring that critical legal guidance, regulatory intelligence, and governance decisions are captured, organized, and accessible at scale. The Product & Technology Legal team ensures regulatory considerations are aligned early and consistently across the product portfolio. We operate as a cohesive bridge between Product, Product, Technology, and Legal functions, advising on AI, privacy, and technology matters across the enterprise. In this role, you'll build and maintain the infrastructure that allows our attorneys and stakeholders to work smarter—tracking legislative developments, documenting evolving guidance, and surfacing enforcement trends that shape our risk posture. Requirements

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience (including a nationally recognized paralegal certification or an ABA accredited paralegal degree, or a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school)
  • Minimum of 5 years of paralegal, legal operations, or knowledge management experience, preferably in a technology, privacy, or regulatory environment
  • Demonstrated experience with knowledge management systems, SharePoint, or similar content management platforms
  • Strong research skills with the ability to track and synthesize legislative and regulatory developments
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to distill complex legal and regulatory information into accessible summaries
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working with attorneys, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, curious, and energized by staying current on emerging legal and regulatory trends

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Law)
  • Familiarity with AI, privacy, and technology legal issues
  • A nationally recognized paralegal certification in a relevant specialty area of the law (for example, NALS, NALA)
  • Relevant specialty area of law experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the team's centralized knowledge hub, including playbooks, legal guidance documentation, governance decisions, and regulatory updates
  • Curate and organize documentation of legal advice from internal counsel and external law firms for easy retrieval and institutional continuity
  • Track and summarize AI, privacy, and technology legislation at federal, state, and international levels
  • Monitor enforcement actions, regulatory guidance, and industry trends in the AI, privacy, and technology space, delivering timely summaries to the legal team
  • Document AI and privacy governance decisions, maintaining a searchable repository of precedent and rationale
  • Keep current on active projects and matters across the team, ensuring the knowledge base reflects the latest developments
  • Develop and refine playbooks and standard operating procedures for recurring legal and compliance workflows
  • Partner with attorneys and stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content development
  • Ensure knowledge management systems are user-friendly, well-organized, and consistently maintained
  • Support the team's regulatory response efforts by maintaining up-to-date reference materials and research repositories
