Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in a Paralegal or Contracts Manager role.
  • Previous experience in a compliance, export controls and sanctions, privacy and/or litigation role preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability with critical thinking and formal writing.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and support the legal team with thorough analysis of cases and legal documentation.
  • Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, addressing legal inquiries.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the legal team on projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations, advising stakeholders.
  • Create, implement, and update policies as necessary.
  • Develop and roll out training programs.
  • Manage legal documents in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external compliance, privacy, and security audits.
  • Identify and implement methods for streamlining existing processes.
