Senior Palantir Consultant (Foundry, AIP)
About The Position
Join a boutique AI consulting team delivering impactful data and AI solutions! In this role, you’ll have true ownership, low bureaucracy, and the opportunity to work on meaningful client problems with direct visibility and influence. Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Location: Remote, but must be physically located in the US and Canada Work Schedule: Core team is in Switzerland, but work schedule is flexible Comp Range: Up to USD $180,000 / CAD $250,000 / EUR $160,000 depending on experience level. No benefits as you'll be hired via a B2B contract. What you’ll do: Lead the design and development of end-to-end workflows in Foundry, from data ingestion to decision applications. Own delivery of client-facing projects and collaborate closely with stakeholders across levels. Provide technical direction and mentorship to small delivery teams. Contribute to internal engineering standards, reusable assets, and best practices. Help evolve a modern, agile consulting approach focused on delivering measurable business value. Requirements What you’ll bring: 3+ years hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP. Strong engineering foundation (Python, Spark, TypeScript, or similar). Experience building custom applications, tools, or reusable components on Foundry or AIP. Prior experience at Palantir or a Foundry-focused consultancy. Proven experience leading technical delivery in complex or enterprise environments. Deep understanding of data modelling, ontologies, pipelines, and decision tooling. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders. Background in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech). Familiarity with enterprise data integration, operational workflows, and governance.
