About The Position

This role is responsible for driving player acquisition through a blend of organic and paid social strategies, ensuring all efforts align with overarching marketing objectives. The position requires a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in social media marketing, strong team management skills, and a proven ability to deliver performance-driven campaigns that achieve measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience running paid ads for a mobile app with a strong understanding of app attribution and measurement frameworks
  • 3+ years’ experience in paid and organic social advertising for an iGaming company
  • 2+ years’ experience growing and developing a team
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Proven success launching new campaigns and meeting or exceeding goals
  • Forward-thinker who can conceptualize unique campaigns and pitch ideas
  • Adheres to all rules and regulations set forth by the Mohegan Digital and Corporate Compliance, Mohegan Tribal Fire Department, Public Safety, and the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission regarding all social ad placements.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels
  • Manage campaign strategy and optimization, audience targeting and testing
  • Collaborate with paid media team to align social efforts with broader acquisition campaigns
  • Manage budget and make data-driven campaign adjustments
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social strategies aligned with acquisition goals and targets
  • Optimize organic content strategies to build brand presence and community engagement
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data and report on KPIs to inform strategy and improve results
  • Grow and develop a multi-person social media team driving paid and organic initiatives within the acquisition department
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Creative, Business Intelligence, Product, Business Development and VIP to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals
  • Run structured A/B tests to improve performance and identify key insights
  • Maintain and respect confidentiality of marketing programs, guest information and databases.
  • Monitor platform policies and ensure all campaigns adhere to current guidelines and regulations.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
