About The Position

Our digital marketing team is looking for a passionate, performance-focused Paid Media leader to join us. Position Duties: Own day-to-day management of paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms such as: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads. Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals (lead generation, eCommerce revenue, brand awareness, customer acquisition, etc.). Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly media planning, including budget allocation and forecasting. Identify audience targeting strategies, creative testing roadmaps, and channel mix recommendations. Translate performance data into actionable insights and growth opportunities. Identifying new tasks and objectives based on the performance of the client campaign Evaluating and reporting on strategy success to internal stakeholders and client stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Proven success managing significant monthly ad budgets ($100K+).
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models and performance analytics.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Business or Journalism
