About The Position

The Senior Packaging Operator II is responsible for overseeing the packaging operations on the 2nd shift at our Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania facility. This role involves ensuring that all packaging processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. The operator will work closely with the production team to maintain quality and safety standards while meeting production goals. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the packaging process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
