About The Position

Bachelor's Degree in packaging engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of packaging engineering experience Experience with quality system regulations and design controls (e.g. user needs, design inputs/outputs, verification/validation, CAPA, etc) Experience with related equipment and materials including paperboard, corrugated, flexible films, Tyvek, thermoformed trays and injection molded parts Proficient with MS Office applications (e.g Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc.) Ability to work independently to complete tasks and meet timelines Ability to travel up to 10% globally Minimum of 5 years' experience in packaging engineering in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar industry Working knowledge of capital systems, crate design, and cold chain packaging Experience with equipment qualification, packaging process validation, and testing (ASTM and ISTA standards) Experience in sustainability initiatives, value improvement, and process optimization Strong collaboration and communication skills across all organizational levels Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities; analytical and process-driven mindset Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
