YOUR DAY TO DAY Design, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform. Contribute to the architecture of scalable and future-proof BPM solutions. Integrate multiple internal systems, including: Customer administration systems CRM platforms Digital channels Output management systems Collaborate within international Agile DevOps teams. Drive best practices in development, architecture, and integration. Coach and mentor team members, supporting their technical growth. Actively contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years of experience with OutSystems . Proven experience in: Designing scalable and maintainable architectures Working in complex IT environments API integrations and system interoperability Light Business Process Technologies (BPT) Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues. Strong analytical mindset with a critical and constructive approach. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Background or strong interest in financial services is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years of experience with OutSystems .
Proven experience in: Designing scalable and maintainable architectures Working in complex IT environments API integrations and system interoperability Light Business Process Technologies (BPT)
Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues.
