Senior Outpatient Counselor I or II

About Your Role: As a Senior Outpatient Counselor I or II , you will be responsible for the provision of individual, family, and group therapy sessions for consumers and assisting in the development of the outpatient clinical team t o meet the demand of services. This position will be responsible for providing ongoing clinical support to members of the outpatient team and assisting outpatient staff in at-risk situations.
Requirements
- Level 1: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline.
- Must have a verified clinical practicum
- At least 1 year of experience with either a CASSP service system, or employed by a licensed mental health services agency, or subcontracted agency, or other master’s level mental health clinicians with documents training in the field of behavioral modification techniques.
- Actively participating in supervision toward a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience (i.e. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT ).
- Level 2: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field.
- At least 2 years of experience with either a CASSP service system, or employed by a licensed mental health services agency, or subcontracted agency, or other master’s level mental health clinicians with documents training in the field of behavioral modification techniques.
- Must be licensed in a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience (i.e. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT ).
- Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations – as outlined in program requirements
- Must be proficient in use of electronic health record system.
- Must be proficient in completion of psychosocial assessments.
