Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (required).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or a related HR field.
  • Direct, hands-on experience with at least one of the following: succession planning, performance management, or organizational design.
  • A genuine passion for data, with proven experience in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting people-related data to inform decisions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS environment is a major plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in human resources or organizational development (preferred).
  • Fluency in Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Architect our most important new rituals, including Succession Management, Performance Management, and Organizational Design.
  • Build our first-ever framework to identify and develop the next generation of Centric leaders.
  • Be a key player in the rollout of our first-ever modern performance framework that moves us to a culture of coaching and continuous feedback.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure their teams are structured for agility and scale as we grow.
  • Transform raw people data into compelling insights that drive executive-level decisions.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to ensure programs are practical and impactful.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $125,000 - $135,000 plus bonus.
