The Chief Operations Office is seeking a full-time professional responsible for training a diverse population within the healthcare industry.   • Contributes to the creation of a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Actively participates in performance and quality improvement activities.
  • Gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes data on needs to craft strategies for training.
  • Produces and evaluates training and professional development content for staff.
  • Advances the culture of learning, development, and team performance through effective leadership development programs.
  • Participates in succession planning activities across the organization.
  • Incorporates tenets of the culture of safety into leadership development programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Healthcare Leadership or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years acute care healthcare leadership experience in learning & development, organizational development, or related field.
  • Practical experience using Learning theories, Instructional Design, interactive training and learning design, and e-learning design principles.
  • Proficiency working with learning management systems and online training platforms.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills.
  • Experience working and communicating effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to utilize LEAN methodology for problem solving.
  • Demonstrates project management skills.
  • Highly flexible, adaptable, and resilient in face of change.
  • Competitive salary range of $78,773.63 - $122,099.12.
  • Full-time position with a day shift.
