As a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and plans, working closely with client project teams. Your plans will guide partners to achieve operational success and drive adoption for end users. This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and initiative to drive results, with a focus on building relationships, influencing, and innovating to maximize adoption and ensure a positive end-user experience. You will act as the primary OCM lead, ensuring the adoption of new systems and processes for full technology implementations or multiple workstreams.
