About The Position

Legend Biotech is seeking Senior Organization Development Manager as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, NJ. The Senior Organization Development Manager, US is a strategic role responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the organization effectiveness and performance and sustainable growth. This position focuses on assessing the organization's structure, processes and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborates closely with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement global programs and initiatives that enhance organizational performance and implementing strategies for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational development, leadership management, culture development, with a proven track record of global or multi-region involvement.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development theory, practices, and industry trends, working experience as a consultant is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including English language proficiency; additional fluency in Mandarin or Dutch languages preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptable to the fast-paced culture and environment of the biotech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organization development strategies and policies that align with company strategy and business goals, ensuring consistent practices across multiple regions and business units.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to design and execute an organizational structure that supports the company's long-term and short-term strategic plans.
  • Manage and implement 'strategy-to-execution' system that empowers the company to attain its strategic goals, including strategy meetings design, setting and monitoring departmental goals, evaluating departmental performance etc.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop leadership management strategies that identify, evaluate, develop and retain leaders and build a strong leadership pipeline, living corporate cultures and values in Leadership team.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication to all stakeholders, considering cultural and language considerations across regions.
  • Implement and maintain organizational development metrics, providing organizational diagnosis to improve effectiveness as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in organizational development and leadership management, incorporating them into company programs and processes.
