About The Position

The Senior Order Entry Representative will perform administrative functions associated with entering orders and processing hearing aid products and Digital Wireless Accessories (DWA) systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some College preferred
• 3+ years of data entry experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-directed and team oriented
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previously held Order Entry Representative role
• SAP (or other ERP system) experience a plus
• Excellent vision to read small font
• Must be able to sit for 7 hours a day
• Lift weight up to 20 pounds
• Ability to type on a keyboard

Responsibilities

• Entering repair service orders for VA In The Ear (ITE)
• Entering repair service orders for VA Sound Delivery System (SDS)
• Entering service orders for Behind The Ear (BTE)/DWA
• Entering service orders for commercial ITE
• Entering service orders for commercial SDS
• Entering Pick Pack and Ship Orders
• Salesforce cases (review, print, and create)
• Mis-shipment process
• SAP regression testing
• Enter annual school maintenance orders - (Summer Service Process)
• May make outbound calls to clarify orders
• Visual inspect orders and products
• Identify defects/rejects and escalate as required
• Active participation in quality improvement processes
