About The Position

TriTech Enterprise Systems is seeking a 'Senior Oracle DBA' to support a government project. The Oracle database administrator is responsible for administering the MeF Oracle databases, including performance, integrity, and security of the databases. The Oracle database administrator is also responsible for managing the Oracle databases in such a way as to provide all users access in a form that suits their needs. MeF is a platform for electronically filing returns with the IRS. It provides SOA-based web services that filers use to submit returns and provides web applications for IRS users to work with the returns. MeF validates filed returns, determines their disposition, and interfaces with other IRS systems for downstream processing of the returns. IBM has developed and enhanced MeF since 2001.

Requirements

• ACTIVE IRS MBI IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR CONSIDERATION FOR THIS POSITION (IRS Minimum Background Investigation MBI/ 58C Tier 2RS clearance required. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizenship required for MBI/58C Tier 2RS)
• Oracle 19c installation, backup, and recovery procedures – 10 yrs
• Database account and schema creation and maintenance – 10 yrs
• Unix shell scripting – 6 yrs
• Database and SQL tuning with AWR/ADDM or Statspack reports – 7 yrs
• Data import and export – 6 yrs
• GoldenGate installation and setup – 6 yrs
• Create and maintain Logical Data Model and Physical Data Model documents. Experience with ERWin tools – 5 yrs

Nice To Haves

• Oracle Enterprise Management (OEM) tool
• Table and index partitioning
